Where do you deliver?

We only provide FREE delivery to Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur, selected areas in Selangor) and some areas are chargeable, please refer to delivery table here.


Do you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?


Yes, we do deliver on Sunday and Public Holiday.


Do you have a cut-off time for taking orders?


Yes we do, our order cut-off time (same day delivery) delivery is at 2:00 pm daily. Therefore, if you place an order before 2:00 pm today, your order will be delivered the same day. Or if you order after 2:00 pm today, your order will be delivered next day.

 

Can I pickup the flowers myself?

No, we do not offer self pickup at this moment.

 

Can I change my order details?

You can email us at thepinkflorist@gmail.com or send us a Watsapp message to change your order details such as message card or shipping addresses. Changes to any order details can only be made up until 1 working day before your delivery date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all payment via VISA and Master Card credit card (using MOL Pay or PayPal) and Online Banking Transfer. If you don't wish to use a credit card, you may alternatively manually bank deposit the payment to us. Please send your payment slip via watsapp. Here are our banking details:

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order one (1) day before your intended delivery date. A 50% cancellation fee will be imposed. Please note that it will take up to 10 working days for the refund process to be completed. However, products delivered is Non Refundable.

Are payments on your site secure?

We work with PayPal and MOL Pay to make shopping online safe. PayPal and MOL Pay hold all credit card information securely. No credit card information is held or accessible to us.
